'Dung hill' in the Bible

He raises up the poor out of the dust. He lifts up the needy from the dunghill, To make them sit with princes, and inherit the throne of glory. For the pillars of the earth are the LORD's. He has set the world on them.

Also I have made a decree, that whoever shall alter this word, let a beam be pulled out from his house, and let him be lifted up and fastened thereon; and let his house be made a dunghill for this:

For in this mountain the hand of the LORD will rest. Moab will be trodden down in his place, even like straw is trodden down in the water of the dunghill.
